Our furniture, lighting + home décor pieces are designed with longevity in mind, and with regular care can be enjoyed for generations to come. All our products are made of natural materials and thus will change over time subject to environmental factors like humidity, temperature, and placement. To maintain the look and integrity of each piece, we recommend following the guidelines provided below. Spot clean with a soft cloth using a soapflake solution (1 teaspoon of soap flakes dissolved in 4 cups of hot water). Avoid standing or kneeling on woven furniture to prevent breakage. If you live in a dry climate, woven furniture can be lightly misted with a spray bottle once a month and hydrated annually with boiled linseed oil.

Orders are processed within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation with order details and tracking information. If items are unavailable or backordered, you will be notified via email or phone.
All items that are in-stock and can travel via UPS or FEDEX, generally ship within 4 weeks and should arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date.
Items ordered together may not necessarily arrive in the same box. We are unable to ship to P.O. and A.P.O boxes.

Furniture and other oversized items travel via freight carriers (LTL) which may result in extended processing and delivery times. LTL shipments will require a loading dock . Some items require a signature for delivery. Oversized items will be delivered curbside unless otherwise noted as White Glove Delivery. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9AM-5PM EST.
